How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders within the contiguous United States. Orders are delivered by FedEx.
After the order is confirmed, how long will it take to receive the product?
Once your order is confirmed, it will be delivered to you within 3-6 business days. (Processing time: 1-2 business days, shipping time: 2-4 business days) We have warehouses located in California, Georgia, Texas, and New Jersey. We will ship your order from the closest warehouse based on your location.
What should I do if I haven't received my order?
All orders will be delivered to you within 3-6 business days. Recliner will be shipped in two boxes, you may receive them at different times. During holidays or adverse weather conditions, delivery times may be longer. If you have not received your package within 15 business days after the shipment date, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (541) 418-0636 and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier (FedEx).
I already placed my order. Can I make changes to it?
After placing your order, we won't be able to update the shipping address or change products, as our fulfillment team is working around the clock to ship your order lightning-fast! If you need to change your shipping address, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier to assist with updating your shipping address.
What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept returns for items purchased on our site within 60 days of purchase (the 60 day countdown begins on the day you receive your product). To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition and free of stains or damage. For detailed return process and refund, please check the Return Policy.
What is your warranty policy?
We guarantee that if your product is deemed defective in parts, workmanship or construction during the first 5 years of ownership, we will, at our option, replace or repair it. We offer a 5-year limited warranty. Check out the full details on our Warranty page.
Where can I try out your products?

Can I use Medicaid, Medicare or insurance with a doctor's prescription?
We don't submit claims to Medicare, Medicaid or private insurance companies, and purchasing a product from Soulout means that you waive your right to seek reimbursement from any government or private insurance company.
Soulout chooses not to participate in Medicare, Medicaid or private health insurance because our goal is to give our customers complete freedom to choose the products they want and to deliver the products quickly and efficiently without a prescription or medical documentation.
In addition, our prices are much lower than those of products covered by Medicare. We often have promotions, you can get extra discounts by using discount codes at checkout.
Do you offer financing options such as installment payments or payment plans?
We don't currently offer installment payments. If we do in the future, you'll see it on the checkout page.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and American Express for payment. Your payment information is processed securely.
How do I use a discount code?
On the delivery and payment information page, you will find a "Discount code" text box in the "Order summary" section. Enter the discount code and click "Apply" to redeem it.
Why was my credit card declined?
If your card is declined, it may be due to a limit on your card or the purchase amount being too large. Please try another card or Paypal account, or contact your bank to authorize the transaction and try processing the payment again! If none of these methods work and the payment still fails, please contact us.
