Return Policy

Return Process

If you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept returns for items purchased on our site within 60 days of purchase (the 60 day countdown begins on the day you receive your product). To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition and free of stains or damage.

Step 1: Please send an email to customer support at Services@soulouter.com. We will process the email within 24 hours and report the outcome; if your return is accepted, we will send you a Confirm return address or provide you with a return label, which you will need to print and contact the courier to send back. (Note: items returned without authorization will not be accepted).

Step 2: After receiving the reply email, please return the product within 48 hours and provide a tracking number (no tracking number is required if Soulouter provides the return label).

Step 3: We will refund you after we receive the returned product and check it is correct

Return Shipping Fee

1. If the return is due to customer preference, size, color, etc., the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
2. If the return shipping cost is due to broken products, damaged packages, unusable products and other factors, the return shipping cost will be borne by Soulout

eg: No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the return is approved for a refund. If approved, we will automatically refund you to the original payment method within 2 bussiness days. Once the refund has been initiated, you will receive a refund confirmation from us. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchange

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. The best thing to do is to request a return for your original item and repurchase the item you want in a new order.
