This chair is fantastic! My daughter cannot be mobile on her own. This chair is so easy to set up and really scoots along. We absolutely love it. Worth every penny. We do use a pillow for lumbar support, but it took on the unpaved gravel roads at the pumpkin patch-no problem. We have gone on 4 outings and are STILL on the same battery. Cannot say enough about the great price and quality.
This wheelchair is easy to operate, sturdy, high quality, easy to fold and fits nicely into our SUV for the time we travel outside our home. Battery power lasts a long time and charges quickly. Arrived well packaged and ready to use. Highly recommend this wheelchair to anyone looking for a flexible means to get around for those individuals in need of mobility assistance.
This wheelchair was bought for my 83 year old father in-law. He loves it so far and had taken it around the block a few times. We were surprised when waiting for the chair to arrive we never got any sensitive updates as to where it was in transit. We were able to track it though. The internet add says the Soulout will climb a 15 degree incline but in the book it says only will climb a 6 degree incline. Our ramp is very steep and it would have made it up no problem but the ramp is not long enough to stop and turn without rolling backwards. I think he is going to enjoy it and my mother in-law is keeping her eye on it too!
I purchased this Wheelchair for all terrain usage and has so far been absolutely great.
It's powerful with battery. Can handle complicated trails.
I've travelled to multiple states via road, ease of transportation is a major plus. Though it is a lil heavy.
Emailed the customer support for extra charging cable and their response was fantastic.
